Orders placed before 1pm Pacific ship the same business day. Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.
Free standard shipping on orders over $60. Orders below that threshold ship for $6 standard. Subscriptions ship free regardless of order size.
Tea of the Month ships on the 1st of each month. Custom Library shipments fire on the cadence you chose, starting from the day you signed up.
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We don't accept returns of opened tea, honey, or biscuits — for food-safety reasons. If something arrived damaged or wasn't what was expected, write us within 14 days and we'll resolve it (replacement, refund, or store credit at your preference).
If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, check with neighbors and the local carrier first. If it doesn't turn up within five days, write us and we'll re-ship at our cost.
