An honest masala. Wissotzky grinds the whole spices in-house each week and folds them into a malty Assam base. Brew it stovetop in equal parts milk and water for ten minutes — that's the way. The leaf will absorb the milk and bloom open. Sweeten with raw sugar at the end if you like.
